POOL & SPA PLASTER

Pool plaster is the final coating applied to the shell of a concrete in-ground pool. The layer of plaster is normally 1/2 inch to 2 inch thick. Pool plaster adds a watertight seal and makes the surface of the pool smoother for contact with swimmers than the underlying rough concrete shell. After the pool plaster is  necessary to fill the pool with water to prevent it from cracking.

RE-PLASTER

Replaster is the process of adding a new layer of mortar over the entire interior surface of a concrete pool that already has an existing later of plaster. Before doing this is necesary to acid washing. On average every five to ten years you will need re-plaster your summing pool. There are five reason to re-plaster your pool;  apparence, texture, chemical balance, filtration, and leakage.

COPING & TILE

Pool Coping is the material above the tile line that generally covers the top of the pool structure and it is used to separate the pool structure from the pool decking. Coping, tile and plaster go hand in hand in the world of concrete pools. Fortunally coping stone and tile bands will last at minimum twice as long to last in decades in intact condition.
